Ep. 59 — Sci-Fi Sitcoms

Pulp-O-Mizer_Cover_Image-12Ben, Steve, and Dr. Jayce look back on some of their favorite science fiction situation comedies in this episode. Alf, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Mork and Mindy, Red Dwarf . . . and many, many more.

Also, Shazbot’s family makes their first appearance in the show, making this a collector’s item!!!

And we open hailing frequencies and take a look at some of the feedback we have received!

All in all, a fun and unique episode.

two strikes… I should have taken another swing. What about The Big Bang Theory? it’s not sci-fi in the strictest sense but the characters are young sci-fi loving geek genius’, it’s loaded with sci-fiction and fantasy references.

Big Bang Theory? That’s at least a triple. Possibly a home run. 🙂

Actually, that’s a GREAT example that goes beyond the usual two types: alien observers or sci-fi parody. We’ll bring this comment up in our next “hailing frequencies” segment for sure!
